Sansure new generation “ Advanced Magnetic Beads Technology” using exclusive modified super-paramagnetic nano-beads to absorb sample DNA/RNA , only needs a simple step of washing to obtain high purity nucleic acid, combined with the "DNA/RNA elution-free " technology and integrate efficient amplification system, to achieve DNA/RNA amplification detection with magnatic beads. It can realize high sensitivity and wide linear range PCR detection with good reproducibility , strong anti-interference ability and multiple genotypes coverage.
Fully-Automatic Unified Sample Processing Technology
Based on Sansure “Advanced Magnetic Beads Technology”, we upgrade to modified superparamagnetic nano-bead technology , which can be applied in DNA/RNA extraction of common sample types such as serum, plasma, secretions, exfoliated cells, throat swabs, anal swabs, urine, feces, sputum, whole blood, tissues, paraffin sections. We combine the modified superparamagnetic nano-bead technology with fully automated nucleic acid extraction instrument to achieve unified sample DNA/RNA extracion, namely "unified release reagent + unified process" extraction. This method fixes the bottleneck that the traditional method needs to process DNA/RNA samples separately for different items, different sample types and different time periods, and improves the efficiency of clinical detection .
Multiplex Fluorescent PCR-Amplification Technology
Based on the conventional fluorescence PCR instrument, Sansure has independently developed and upgraded "Multiplex fluorescent PCR-amplification technology" from the aspects of amplification reaction buffer system and probe labeling technology, etc., This technology creatively combined with the detection technology of TaqMan probe and melting curve. It also overcomes the limitation of single channel detection of one target, realize the detection and analysis of at least two targeted targets in the monochromatic fluorescent channel simultaneously, detect at least eight targets in one reaction tube at the same time, and realize the rapid and accurate identification and diagnosis of multiple pathogens.
mPOCT Portable Molecule Workstation
Sansure integrates "one-tube fast release technology" , "rapid PCR amplification technology" and further optimizes sample processing, nucleic acid extraction and purification, PCR amplification, fluorescence detection and result processing modules to advanced portable mobile molecular detection workstation.This system greatly reduces the detection time to only 8-45 minutes, and at the same time has high-level mobility and adaptability, It breaks through the limits of the experimental site and complex instruments and has a wide range of application scenarios.
