The 24th Annual Meeting of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST): Sansure Biotech Awarded by CAST
On June 26 and 27, the 24th annual meeting of China Association for Science and Technology (CAST) themed “Led by Innovation, Self-reliance-Building A New Engine of the Rise of Central China” jointly hosted by CAST and Hunan Provincial People’s Government was held in Changsha, Hunan. In the annual meeting, Sansure Biotech was awarded with the plaque of Enterprise Association of Science and Technology by CAST, and was invited to make speech as a private enterprise in Hunan.
The annual meeting of CAST is a high-tier, high-level, comprehensive and large-scale grand meeting of science and technology in the scientific and technological field of China. As an invited enterprise of the annual meeting, Sansure Biotech mainly participated in three topic activities.
On June 25, in the Enterprise Innovation and Development Forum and Enterprise Association of Science and Technology Organization Construction Promotion Meeting, a key activity of the annual meeting of CAST, the collective awarding ceremony of the association of science and technology leading enterprises was held, and six leading enterprises of science and technology including Sansure Biotech, was awarded with the plaque of enterprise association of science and technology by CAST.
As a primary-level organization of CAST, Sansure Biotech attaches great importance to the construction of enterprise association of science and technology, and by fully playing the advantages of more science and technology talents and innovation platforms in the Company, it is devoted to building Sansure Biotech as a culture pool of science and technology talents and a new center of science and technology communication, so as to serve scientific and technological innovations, industrial development, people’s livelihood and health comprehensively.
On June 27, at the “Innovation China” summit forum of serving science, technology, economy and finance, Sansure Biotech made a speech as the only representative of private enterprises in Hunan. President Dr. Lizhong Dai shared the exploration of whole scenario scheme with many academicians and experts surrounding the topic “Inclusive Gene Technology, Benefiting People’s Health”, and combined with the industry in which Sansure Biotech is located and the specific practice in the field of molecular diagnosis.
In the onsite dialog of “Youth, Innovation and Collection”, Liu Jia, Vice General Manager of Sansure Biotech and director of Academy of Life Sciences was appointed as a member of Committee of 100 Hunan Youths of “Innovation China”. Later, combined with his own experience and the Company’s practice, he made a speech titled “Fighting Against COVID-19 With Science and Technology and Protecting Health-Exploration and Practice of Sansure Youths in Universal and Whole-scenario Molecular Testing”.
